Is it really free for buyers? What is the catch?
There is no catch. Buyers — businesses submitting briefs, joining pools, or using IQ Analytics — pay nothing. Bundle IQ earns a success fee from the vendor when a contract is awarded. This aligns our incentive with yours: we only make money when the platform successfully connects a buyer with a supplier and a contract is placed.
When does the vendor pay the success fee?
The success fee is charged to the vendor at the point of contract award — when IQ confirms that the buyer has selected them. It is not charged on submission of a response, not charged on shortlisting, and not charged if the brief is cancelled or the buyer selects no one. Pay only when you win.
How does IQ Protection escrow work?
When a buyer places an order, payment is held in an IQ Protection escrow account — ring-fenced from both Bundle IQ and the vendor. The vendor delivers the work and submits a Service Completion Note (SCN). The buyer reviews the SCN and confirms delivery. On confirmation, the escrow releases the payment to the vendor. If there is a dispute, IQ mediates before any release. Buyers are always protected — payment is never released until delivery is confirmed.
What does joining a buying pool cost?
Nothing. Joining a buying pool is always free. There is no fee to register, no obligation to switch supplier after the pool tender, and no charge if you decide to stay with your current supplier after seeing the competitive price. The only cost is ten minutes of your time to register.
What is included in IQ On-Site?
IQ On-Site places a named Bundle IQ procurement professional inside your organisation — either part-time or full-time depending on your scope. They manage all procurement activity end-to-end: brief writing, supplier identification, tender management, evaluation, contract negotiation, and ongoing supplier performance management. Pricing starts at £1,200 per month for a defined scope. We will scope your specific requirements before proposing a package — no standard pricing fits every organisation.
Is there a minimum contract for IQ On-Site?
No long-term lock-in. We work on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days notice on either side. Most clients stay because the value is clear — not because a contract forces them to.
Can vendors also use the platform as buyers?
Yes — and this is one of Bundle IQ's most compelling features. Every vendor on the platform can also participate as a buyer in buying pools. An IT support company can win managed services contracts through the vendor marketplace and simultaneously join the professional indemnity insurance pool to reduce their own costs. One account, both sides of the platform, immediately.
