Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026  |  BundleIQ Ltd
These terms govern your use of the BundleIQ platform. By using BundleIQ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. The platform

BundleIQ Ltd ("BundleIQ") operates a procurement platform connecting UK businesses ("Buyers") with verified suppliers ("Vendors") through collective buying pools, a pre-negotiated catalogue, and a request for quotation (RFQ) service.

2. Buyer terms

Free access

The BundleIQ platform is free for buyers. There are no subscription fees or transaction fees charged to buyers.

Buying pools

Catalogue orders

Catalogue deals are pre-negotiated contracts available for immediate purchase. Orders are binding upon checkout completion.

RFQ submissions

RFQ submissions are non-binding requests for quotation. You are not obligated to accept any bid received.

3. Vendor terms

Subscription

Vendors access the platform through a paid subscription (Founder, Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing date.

IQ Trust verification

Vendors must complete IQ Trust verification before bidding on pool tenders. Providing false information for verification purposes will result in immediate account termination and may constitute fraud.

Bidding obligations

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. BundleIQ does not store payment card details. In the event of a dispute with a vendor, contact us at hello@bundleiq.co.uk and we will mediate.

Refunds are at the discretion of BundleIQ and the relevant vendor. We will use reasonable endeavours to facilitate resolution of any payment dispute.

5. IQ Trust and vendor verification

IQ Trust verification checks are conducted using third-party APIs. BundleIQ does not guarantee the accuracy of any third-party data source. Verification status may change if a vendor's circumstances change and monitoring checks fail.

6. Limitation of liability

BundleIQ acts as a platform intermediary connecting buyers and vendors. We are not a party to contracts between buyers and vendors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BundleIQ's liability to any user is limited to the amounts paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

BundleIQ is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

7. Acceptable use

8. Termination

BundleIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users of the platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
