Your knowledge is a core part of how that works. We're a technology platform, but procurement is still a human discipline. Category expertise — knowing what good looks like, knowing what a supplier is actually worth, knowing when a brief is missing something critical — can't be automated. That's what you bring.

This letter is the first of several documents you'll receive as part of your onboarding. It's not the legal stuff — that comes next. This is just a direct introduction to what you're joining, what we expect, and what you can expect from us.

Bundle IQ is a managed procurement platform. Buyers — businesses of all sizes — submit requirements in plain English. Our IQ engine benchmarks the market, selects the right procurement route, and invites matched vendors to respond. As a contractor, you work within that process: scoping requirements, evaluating responses, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring buyers get fair value.

The consumer side of the platform extends the same model to homeowners — finding and managing vetted tradespeople with payment protected by escrow. The principle is identical: structured process, transparent pricing, protected outcomes.

We are not a staffing agency. We're a platform, and you're a specialist operating within it. That distinction matters for how you work and how you represent yourself to buyers.

Quality over volume. One well-run procurement that saves a buyer 25% and leaves them delighted is worth ten that were average. Your reputation — and ours — is built on outcomes, not activity.

Integrity on every engagement. You will see commercially sensitive information about buyers and their suppliers. This is a privilege. Use it only for the purpose it was given. The NDA you'll sign is a formality — the expectation of confidentiality is absolute regardless.

Use the platform, not around it. The Bundle IQ platform exists to create structure, audit trails, and protection for everyone. Keep commercial conversations, milestone confirmations, and dispute records within the platform. Email and WhatsApp are fine for logistics — not for anything contractual.

Tell us early when something is wrong. Buyers can handle bad news. What they can't handle is surprises. If a requirement is under-specified, a vendor's response is weak, or a milestone is at risk — say so early and with a plan.
